Mold Engineer
Be responsible for providing technical support for mould manufacturing --high quality level of cosmetic plastic packaging.

1. Define specifications to the toolmakers.
2. Follow up the toolmakers.
3. Adjust mould and plastic parts.
4. Run mould testing.
5. Provide production specifications for mass production.
6. Cooperate with project team.

1. University degree, major in mechanical engineering .
2. Strong background in plastic injection mould manufacturing and analyzing.
3. Very good knowledge in injection process and equipment.
4. Team work spirit and good communication skills


Diploma or above in engineering
Basic spoken and written English
Experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of painting & printing, composite & plastic products is an advantage

Job Description:
Support cosmetic projects for baseball and softball bats
Organize cosmetic artworks and coordinate new graphic development: project scheduling, sample making, testing, approval & production follow-up
Work with vendor for quality issue and development: off-set printing of decal, reverse decal, screen pattern and construction, color matching and delivery lead time
Process improvement for painting and printing at factory: dip-painting, spray-painting, screen-printing, decal, hot curing

- Consumer complaints treatment – analysis, corrective actions follow-up and feed back for Logistics - CSR.
- Analysis of Quality Incidents and other non-conformities. Proposed correctives actions in cooperation with concerned Department and follow the actions realization.
- Plant’s TBQ (Quality Operation Report) validation and analysis in order to propose improvement and preventive actions
- Set up and follow-up of quality action plans by meetings with production, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Follow-up suppliers non conformities and organize monthly meetings with them to discuss the problems.

Job Description:
1. Chemical background on analysis or engineering
2. Knowledge of packing components design and experience of control
3. Knowledge and basic experience of cosmetic production process
4. experience of packing line audit
5. Quality system knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO2859
6. At least 2 years management experience as team leader
7. Good English communication by oral and writing
8. Ability of analysis and deal with complex case


Job Description:
- In charge of MP(raw material) inspection
- Apply correct control methods and specifications.
- Write the record and result faithfully.
- Collect and classify the waste (including chemical waste).
- Use and store chemical reagent correctly.

1. Have background of chemical, good at chemical analysis and microbiological knowledge.
2. Knowledge on the GLP (good laboratory practices) requirement to help good understanding and implementation of testing.
3. Familiar with cosmetic or pharmaceutical production.
4. Be able to understand, speak and write English.
5. At least 3 years experience
6. Bachelor graduate
